hi all,
i got my visa last year thru 200k route i am having some doubt wants to get it clarified from the respected members:
I have finalized a property , its a combination of three shops
( shop 1 is empty at the moment ) shop 2 is currently a retails shop/ off license which i plan to upgrade and keep doing same business )

i am buying this property in partnership with a british citizen

Property VALUE - 370000

MY SHARE to buy - £125000
stocks - £40000

Will this count as I my investment ?
