Prospective Spouse Visa to Oz

I am about to begin the application process for sponsoring my american fiance to australia. we have been together 4 years and meet most of the requirements..(lived together, bills in same name etc). I need to know what income u need to have as a sponsor..the wait time...basically if anyone has been through this i will take any information i can get..thanks
