HO provided no evidence in Bundle

Post by alik28 » Tue Nov 26, 2013 2:33 pm

Hi Everyone,

I had my visa rejected in June because HO attempted to verify my bank statement but was unable to get hold of my bank. I have my hearing listed on 18th December. HO sent us a bundle today but they have given no evidence of how they have contacted the bank. They just provided application form, copy of my passport and expired visa that's all.

Now I am worried what will gonna happen as no evidence is being given to us.

This may be because, they do not have any proof. If they have the proof or not, what you and your solicitor have to do is to concentrate on how to defend your case. You don't need to bother if you have a good solicitor, submitted the necessary document and the funds is still in the account.

Good Luck.
