Proving English language requirements for naturalisation

Hi,

Just was going through this document and bumped on section 8.

I have proved my English language eligibility when i first applied for HSMP as the degree was taught in English. Does this effect my application after Nov'15. Do I have to sit for a test (waste of money)?

You still have the option to provide proof of English by study at degree level.
