PRV letter for swedish company

HI there
well on of my friends was refused a business visa by sweden embassy
due to not providing a PRV letter for swedish company which invited him with his application. Can anyone please kindly inform what prv letter actuall is?
As he wana re-apply for the visa
Hoping for an early reply

It is called a "PRV Bolagsregistret", and is actually a copy of the Swedish company's certificate of incorporation. He needs to provide that.
