PSW Appeal successful can I invite my wife for my graduation

My PSW appeal was allowed and I have nt recieved a call in letter from the HO to send my passport but my graduation ceremony is in 6 weeks time. can I invite my wife for my grad. with the appeal determination? Can anybody help?
