PSW 10 days before exp. date,few issues came up...STRESSED!!

hi guys,

I am immensely terrified, I missed judge my application time and the scope of things I had to prepare, please help me!!!!

I - I have sent my application on the 21st and my visa expires on the 31 of Oct. only this Sunday I have realized that I have completely forgot to attach 2 passport photos... I called in to query about this and asked if I could do anything like submitted in person... the women on the phone told me there is nothing I could do. Has anybody have made the same "stupid" mistake?? My hopes are already shattered, but still trying pray that there might be some solution, pleas help!!!

II - after freaking out about my photos a stumbled upon this forum and i have been reading allot about the issues that people have, especially regarding maintainance funds!!! Please help me clarify something because I do believe that I have miss understood the requirements for it!!! I have submitted my bank statements of may,june and july and also august and september print outs with banks stamp on it, in all those statements I have proved that at the beggining of every month I had at least 1000 pounds comming into my account and july I had 3000 pounds however the closing balance are all below 800£. Initially from my understading I thought that this can prove my maintainnce funds, however reading the post here I realise that this might not be the case!!! Please can u clarify this for me!!!

So like i said my hopes are shattered as iam very sure that my application will be rejected hoewever I have to think about the the appeal stage and I WOULD BE REALLY GRATEFUL IF SOMEONE COULD ADVICE ME WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS AND IF THERE IS ANYWHERE I COULD GET HELP?!

1. You can send late documents if you like BUT its not a guarentee that IO will consider them when deciding your application.
2. You can send more bank statements from other accounts IF you have money in another UK/foreign bank account to make the £800 limit at all times during the last three months.
IF NOT THEN
I would strongly recommend you to not go for an appeal and apply from home country
