PSW deadline missed by 2 weeks.URGENT

Post by sauce2 » Sun Jun 26, 2011 12:44 am

i just realized i would miss the 12 month deadline for the psw by 2 weeks. At the moment i have had the funds for 90 days but i failed to notice that my graduation date would not be accepted by ukba as mentioned in the guidance notes( which i foolishly missed out). My question is can i get a letter from my university and get them to put the 30th of june 2010 instead of 18th june 2010?if they amend it i will be within the 12 month limit but if not i am afraid my application might be refused. Any advice?

I doubt your university would risk their licence by lying for you

you can try but a refusal would be within the rules.

In case i have to appeal would a valid argument be that i had no idea i had to hold the funds for 90 days before applying? And in order to make it 90 days i had to go 2 weeks overdue?

thanks for your answers so far by the way
