psw dependent visa to student visa-need help & advice fr

Hi

My wife is on PSW dependent visa at present, wanted to apply for student visa from home country, my wife has not done IELTs, she has done graduation in english medium from india, we are planning to file her application in this Dec'10, if colleage will give us letter that she has studied in english medium in india, is that will ok or she will have to do IELts, what is other solution for this,

we are filing,

passport original
CAS letter from college,
her bank statement,
my bank statement and sponsor letter,
accomodation letter,

please let me know what other documents we can file,
