Hi Dear, I need ur help. We r in very difficult situation. We were on psw visa which is expired two weeks ago. I trusted one man and gave him my all documents because he said he has a company who can sponsor me.we gave him so much money but till now we didn't get any acknowledgement letter or nothing else.everyday we try to call him but he is not answering.can u please suggest me what I can do now. I don't want to be live illegally here.can I apply another visa within 28 days grace period or should I wait for that man. Please please please help me.

You'll not be able to apply for any visa if this bloke has your docs.

In a any case what visa did you have in mind? Only T2 available and you'd need a sponsor for that.

Suggest you contact the authorities to get you docs back, and prepare to leave the UK before things get out of hand.

I agree with Wanderer. You should not be paying an employer to sponsor you - this does not sound as if you are filling a genuine vacancy.
