Psw finishing, other options?

My PSW is finishing in the mid of July next year , I have taken admission in London Southbank University and the course is starting in September 2012 and it is more than 1 month as per the rules of UKBA my course should start within 1 month of my PSW finishing, can someone please tell me what I should do. I want to apply for ILR (10 years Long residence rule) but for that there should not be any gap between my visa but in case of is this course there will be, can someone advise me what I should do. Tier 2 is not an option that is available to me

Well, you could go back to your home country and come back on the new student visa? 2 months in your home country should be fine because you are allowed 6 months at the max as far as i know

at the time of leaving uk, you MUST be in possession of visa that allows you re entry to uk!

if not, this could be termed as break and ILR clock could be reset

i read it somewhere during my research - dont know the source but very sure that its true
