PSW from next year

I am from the 2011 batch of a reputed college. Due to certain circumstances I was unable to submit my dissertation this year and will be doing so next year.

Now, the PSW scheme ends in first quarter of next year. I wanted to know, will I still be eligible applying for a PSW once I complete my course next year?

Yes, but only if you get your results in time to enable you to make an application before the closing date (yet to be known).

Well as far as I know the window closes in April 2012. And I am not sure whether they will give out results before that. Doesn't the retrospective rule apply here? People within the timelines of enrolling should be allowed to apply?

there is no 'retrospective rule'. if you don't qualify and apply before the scheme closes, then you won't be able to apply for it.
