PSW late documents

Hi,

I sent some documents in after the date of my application, will those documents be considered as valid?

I saw on the HO website that you are allowed to send additional documents in while they are considering, is that true?

Please let me know if anyone knows anything about it regarding this matter.

It depeds on the discretion of the case worker. They can try to link your additional documents to your case, however, they may not as well. So, there is no rule to play by, but try to be positive. If you happen to receive unfavourable decision, i believe, you can win it court then. Good luck.
