PSW Letter From University

My visa ran out in November, so I had to come back home to India. My dissertation results - I did a Master's - were declared in the first week of December and my Uni has sent me the transcripts as well as the PSW letter (although I have yet to receive them).

My concern is: the final decision on the results will be taken on January 19 - it is when the Awards Committee will approve the results and sanction them. So is it possible for me to still apply for the PSW with the documents that the Uni has already sent me?

Please check PSW refused due to applying before date of award
