PSW Query

Hi there,

I am applying for my PSW in Jan as my Student visa expires on 31 jan. I have been applied by a finance company under contract and that expires on 10 jan and now they are asking me for a proof of lettter from Home office to authorize that I am allowed to work whilst my visa under progress.
I cannot apply for my PSW untill 16 jan as my bank statement especially maintained for PSW will produce its statement on 16 everymonth and by the time i get it will be 20.
I have another a/c where my salary comes in that i receive by 01 everymonth but the problem is I am getting paid in that and from oct I have been doing full time once I submitted my Dissertation.

Can Some one please kindly suggest me the best way.

Is there any letter home office can send to the employer or to me stating that I am allowed to work?
Can I use the statemnet wher I am getting paid?
