PSW query

Hello,

My wife has applied for psw visa & I applied as dependent on 11 August 2011 via royal mail special next day delivery, Still not received anything from home office for biometric test, most of the blogs on psw states that most of them have received UKBA reference number but I have not received any reference from homeoffice. please advise, do I get any reference number for our visa application from home office..

you will get acknowledge letter, in that you will have ref number, if not just call them, phone number in the application form

call on 0870-606-7766 option 3 and explain ur situation ,
i was in the similar situation, i didnt receive my ackwl letter and bio-metric for about 15 days after applying,
they given me a address and advice me to write a letter to that address explaining about ur ackwnl letter, sorry i dont have that address nw as in the mean time my akwnl and bio-metric letter arrived
is the fee have taken out of ur account yet btw?
