PSW Refusal

Post by trahar2003 » Fri Mar 06, 2009 4:33 pm

was refused psw visa on the grounds that within the 3months period that you have to hold £800 my balance went down by £5 on a particular day for a few hours and that same day i realized i put back the money in there it came as a late charge from a transaction 2weeks earlier i have the appeal form in there so i have appealed against it what are my chances i need advice ?

I THOUGHT I COULD GET SOME FORM OF REPLY FROM SOMEONE ON THE FORUM AS REGARDS TO MY THING ABOVE CAN SEE THE FORUM IS OFF NO USE TO ME THEN .

Your chances depend on the case worker you get. You went below the amount and so it was refused. Sorry but thats the way it goes.

People don't actually lay mats down on this forum and wait for people to post and they reply. At times people view your issue and can't offer help. And like the previous poster said, that statement is not the best way to get help!

People have jobs to do & so on. This website doesn't pay me very well.

I you have a right of appeal, use it if you like. Get paid for advice if you want. You could leave the UK. You could also submit a new application. PSW is quite new so I do not think most people have enough experience of how appeals go in these sort of cases to give you an idea of your chances.

Do a search on the board & see if anyone else was successful.

This newbie expects an answer within 4 hours of his very first post and throws his toys when he does not get a reply!!!

Well I hope you get instant action and advice you crave when you employ your legal rep - at least he might put up with your attitude when he is charging you £80 an hour :D
