PSW REFUSAL

Hi I APPLY FOR PSW IN JAN 2009 AND I GOT REJECTION because of insufficient funds i got that rejection in end of march and then i reapply through solicitor in april though my visas were expired in jan 09. Now i have again got rejection saying that i havent attached my masters certificate which i am not been issued yet. My friends were the same case and they applied through same solicitor and they got visa just week before me. then we applied for reconsideration which is also rejected and now i havent got chance of appeal. The option is either JR or contact MP. What should i do?can you pls help me?

go u high court but u need to pay £400 which is courts fee also u need u hire a solicitor who might charge u between £500-£2000, if u got an evidence then go-ahead.good luck
