See.. In your case it isn't late.. give the application atleast 40 - 45 days.. Rest assured that u would get a reply and u wont be losing any of your documents.. Just keep a track on ur application..Nobody can give any information about your visa application status or why it may be late.. It's for u to find out by phoning/mailing or checking online with the home office.. so u should be doing that.. and while you are here, you could maybe answer some of the other questions on the forum.. thanks..stk723 wrote:Application send on 15th dec. 2009
confirmation receivied on 17th dec. 2009
fees deduction on 16th dec. 2009.
nothing after that.
it is 23rd jan today.

As far as I am aware of, you can definitely call the home office and quote your visa reference number to check up on it.. Didn't u read ur acknowledgement letter?stk723 wrote:mr. bond r u sure about what you said, that i can phone to home office and they can tell me the status of my applicatoin just after 5 weeks.

I guess there are Junior Case Workers and Senior Case workers who can take decisions on cases that is a bit complex or has some doubt.stk723 wrote:Application send on 15th dec. 2009
