PSW to Tier 2 application date?

Hi all

My company got the Sponsorship License and now I want to apply for Tier 2 after HR issues the COS. Although my current PSW visa expires on July-2010 I'd like to apply for Tier 2 as soon as possible in case HO introduces tougher rules. Is there any earliest application date rule based on current visa expiry date which could affect my application?

Since you are switching from PSW, i think there will not be any such restriction on the earliest applications;

Since you are switching from PSW, i think there will not be any such restriction on the earliest applications;
