Are you suggesting that you will complete an educational programme within a time frame that is less than the duration of the programme itself (e.g.- complete a 12 month programme in less than 12 months, say 9 months)?? Which course / college / university is this?ksharmin wrote:I will get admission very soon
then i could finish it very quickly.
The OP is enrolling in the Masters programme (AFAIK, masters programme are usually 12 month or more) in an effort to score the min. 35 points required for qualifications. Unless the OP completes the programme (passes the exam and, at the least, have provisional pass certificate) how can the OP (qualify and) apply for Tier 1 (General) .... within 3, 6, 9 months of switching onto a Tier 4 (Student) visa, as you seem to suggest??rizwan567 wrote:You can apply for Tier 1 General from student visa but the only problem for you would be earnings.
If you apply within 3 months of getting on student visa you can still claim for 12 months earnings before becoming full time student.
If you apply within 6 months of getting on student visa then you can only claim for 9 months of earnings.

Hope this helps you in understanding and making a decision.
