PSW to Tier 2, How to start? Please help.

Post by muskan » Mon Jul 11, 2011 10:11 pm

Hello,

I am currently on PSW and working in the IT department in Private health care since Aug-10(3 months temp and perm from Nov-10) salary is between £23000-£25000. My PSW expires on Feb-2012. I asked my Employer for Tier-2 sponsored Visa, they told me we just have 6 visa allocation from UKBA.

Could any body please advise me, Am I eligible for Tier-2? I read something about Restricted CoS and Unrestricted CoS. If yes How can I explain everything to my HR? My company is quite big private health care.

Any help would be really appreciated.
