PSW to Tier 2

I am currently on PSW and have applied for Tier 1 Visa. In case my Tier 1 is rejected, i would like to apply for Tier 2. My company 75% ready to sponser me for Tier 2 but as it is a new company they do not have licence for sponsership. I have been working for this from last 1 year and my annual salary is £22000.

Can you please tell me how much does it cost for the company to get the licence and certificate of sponsership for me?

I am working as a customer service administrator so is it necessary to have a salary between certain range or I can apply with £22000.

Any help will be appreciated.

find your job title in one of these documents. make sure your sponsor is willing to offer you 'appropriate salary'
