PSW-Tier2.. Code of Practice confusion

Hello!
I m under PSW visa and I m working as an Software tester for the same employer from about 15months. And my pay is 20000/year, I’m gaining 75points using the home office calculator. But looking at the forums I’m totally confused. I saw the SOC list but couldn’t find software tester title. So could any one clear my doubts please?
1. What should be my salary according to SOC for “Software Tester?â€

i hope you can clear me another small doubt.
my pay according to teh list should be £28000, but i hope my company will not pay me that much at a time.so here is my doubt, i think my procpective earning must be £28000 according to guide. so if my company mention £28000 in the sponser letter but pay me £24000 will that be a problem.

1. U might hav a problem in the future and might not wen u apply.
2. If u company put £28000 on u COS and u use the same figure so u will get the visa.
3. The problem start wen u go for the extension for the visa or if HO pay a surprise visit to your employer to check that if u getting paid £28000 or not.

thanks for the help so far. could you please help me with this doubt.
my compay said they cannot increase the salary to 28k all at a time, so I said my HR another loop hole. Can you please say if that will be a problem at all.
Scenario is if I change my job title to “Graduate developerâ€
