psw to tire2

Hi All

I am on PSW category from July09, i know i have to wait till 6 months for Tire2 category, i am working as finance assistant, full time with 16k salary, doing part time job in weekend, if i club both salary then it cross 20k, my question, is my job title coming under skilled category, if not then i will ask my employer to change my job title for the time being for application, but can i show 2 jobs at a time for tire 2 application, if not, then what should i say to my full time employer for document which will help in my tire 2 application,

I will appreciate if i get good feedback.
