PSW to unmarried partner

Post by Scarfy » Thu Jan 14, 2010 4:40 pm

Hi all,

Does anyone know if it would be possible to switch from a PSW visa to one for unmarried partner?

Look forward to your replies! Thank you ^^

Switching is possible if partner was British or settled. Also possible if partner is a qualified EAA national. Perhaps possible if partner is a student under old rules.

Else, entry clearance required.
