PSW VISA FORM FILLING ERROR

hi,

need your help/advice guys.

we filled up the psw form last week and now realized to have made an error on the correspondence address section on the payment page only.

the correspondence address and contact section is meant for authorized representatives or a solicitor's details. however by mistake we have filled the section with my office address details thinking it to be the correspondence address as we do not stay at home most of the time and therefore we though this will ensure proper receipt of mails.

the contact name of the correspondence address is mine.

the section 5 on the main applicant form which requires details of the solicitor or authorized rep. if any, is fully unfilled as we are filling the form ourselves.

the permanent uk address mentioned in the form is our home address

i am dependant to my wife who is applying for psw and i am jointly applying for the same.

please advise how to correct this situation and if this will create problems. we applied on 30/6/10 and our payment was taken out of our card on 01/07/10. no acknowledgement received yet, we assume there is some confusion at HO

logically it is not a major error and anyone fairly intelligent should be able to make out the mistake

Thats why they created a guidance note to see.

now mistakes do happen.

what you can do if you have a lawyer take his address, once you received acknowledgement you will get your reference number.

write them a letter stating your lawyer has changed his address.

if you donot have any lawyer. then write them and say I did a mistake.
