PSW VISA HOLDER AND CAS ISSUED BEFORE JAN 2011

I am very surprised that how HO will deal cases like these.

1. A PSW visa holder starting his degree next year.
2. Has already been issued with a CAS number bases on the rules as they stand.
3. Starting a degree Level 7 qualification so no need for English Language.

I will be very surprised to see if HO says that you will have to go back home or have a language test passed for the visa. If they do they will be in breach of the rules just like HSMP. Anybody who was issued CAS before the new rules shud not be dealth with the new rules but the rules at the time when CAS was issued and the requirements are met at that time.

Any more suggestions welcome.......
