PSW– university delayed result– dozens of students in pe

Its an interesting situation I find myself in.

I have recently finished my MBA (or so I thought).

Note: I did it from University of Wales and it was delivered by a leading London business college and it was delivered by RDI (an administrative mediatory)

I have finished all my modules till date and have submitted my dissertation in July. When I signed up for the course last year in July and applied for the student visa, I was advised that the course duration is 12 months and another 6-8 weeks will be needed for the results to come out.

Applied for a student visa last year and was awarded visa till mid November. Which is 12 months for my course and an extra 4 months (almost) thrown in to account for the waiting period. Quite fair I thought.

Submitted dissertation on the last week of July and RDI released my provisional grades on last week of August. So fur so good and I was eagerly looking forward for my confirmed grades to comeback shortly after.

Nothing came in by end of Sep , hence enquired with the college. Was told to get in touch with RDI as they are the one who deals with the University. When I called up RDI, was told, that we are not allowed to call the University directly and the guideline for confirmed grades to come out is not 6-8 weeks (well I must have misheard then) but it is actually 10-12 weeks.

Ok, waited till the end of Oct worried sick, called up the college, was told that they have nothing to do with anything and was directed to RDI. Called up RDI and was told to put my query in an email. Did so immediately. As a response, I was told that waiting period for university of Wales i10-12 weeks (Doh. knew that already). When I drew there attention to the fact that it has already been 15 weeks, was told that the actual waiting period is 18- 20weeks (what!!! almost half a year to get results?)

Shell shocked I told them to give me a contact point for the university of Wales. The gave me a number to call and when I called that number, a rude lady told me to call RDI and put the phone down.

Called RDI back and told them that my Visa ends soon and can not apply for PSW otherwise the confirmed grades are released and they told me to go back to the college. If I draw the attention of the reader that the college has already washed there hands off me.

In a total loss and would really appreciate some input from the gurus in here to suggest solutions.

Can I first ask, is this an online course that you did? Or did you have to come into lectures and such? Was it full time? Did you get a student visa based on this online course?
