one of my friend is currently on psw how can he switch this into student any suggetions plz

Hi

Yes he can switch from Psw into tier4.

Process is very simple.

Get visa letter and plus have 28days bank statement then apply for visa.

If I am wrong in rules there is no anything about how much time he should apply for student visa.

There is four month time period for student that they should apply if they completed a degree in last four months.

So answer is he can apply before 4 weeks expiry of his leave.

You can apply max 28 days before
