Start from here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/ ... /index.asp

You can take the self assessment test and you would know if you qualify or not. All the documents you require to submit are on that website too.
how much time will the immigration take from here uk

The London website currently states the following processing time:

Permanent Residence:

Skilled Worker, Entrepreneur, Investor, Self-employed: 42 - 48 months*
and will i be eligible for immigration or not
Depends if you meet the 6 selection factors and other factors too (security, background check, medical etc)
if yes than which is the easy way for to forward my application from here
Read this document:

http://www.canada.org.uk/visa-info/faq/faqimm_e.htm

and is there any difference for mentioning the city of canada in application will take less time like big cities of canada.
No. You have to mention the city but it makes no difference at all. The timelines posted are averages but mostly it depends on individual circumstances. Straight forward applications would be quicker than the not so straight forward.

All the best and please take time and read the specific websites before you post any more questions since all your questions could have been answered if you take a little time to research what you want to do.

*Average processing times might not be indicative of the times required to process particular applications. Nationals of the following countries applying for a visa at our offices may be subject to longer processing times: Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Burundi, Cambodia, China (PRC), Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Croatia, Cuba, El Salvador, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Moldova, Nigeria, North Korea, Palestine Authority, Russia, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Serbia-Montenegro, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tadjikistan, Taiwan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
