Do I qualify for ILR

Hi all.

I was granted the initial visa on Nov 15, 2010 but I entered UK on Feb 12, 2011 (approximately after 2 months and 27 days).

I got my first extension on Nov 9, 2012 for further 3 years. My this visa is expiring on Nov 8, 2015.

Please advise whether I should apply for ILR or extension (as I will be falling approx. 2 months short of the total requirement of 59 months out of 60 months).

Hi ,
Luckily you are eligible.

1) You entered UK exactly after 89 days. So it will come under with 90 days rule. So your ILR eligibility start date will be Nov 15, 2010

2) So you are 5 years period will be on Nov 15th , 2015. But you can apply ILR 28days before. So you can go for ILR on or after 18th Oct 2015

I have another query. My dependents were initially given the visa on 14 sep 2011 but they first entered UK on 14 July 2012. In this case, should I apply for their ILR along with mine or go for another extension in November 2015 (keeping in view the change on rule on and after July 9, 2012)?

Please advise.
