Queries on filing EEA FP appliction

Dear Members,

I really appreciate the efforts of the forum members foe enlightening the people like us in regard to the EEA immigration.

Even after going through many threads related to EEA FP, and other documents, I have set of queries while filing the online application.

1. As per the guidance from the forum I have entered at many of the sections as N/A ( after going through many threads)

2. In the family section would like to know whose details has to be filled applicants or EEA Spouse's.

I would appreciate the feedback.

One more query...is it necessary to attest our Marriage and Birth certificate ( for daughter) from Ministry of External Affairs in India while applying for EEA FP.
