Query about FLR(HSMP)

Post by Alicia80 » Wed Aug 08, 2007 2:01 pm

I initially sent off for my HSMP whilst my current workpermit was valid. However, I didn't supply enough information about previous earnings and it was rejected.

I submitted a fresh application, however, have only received the approval today and my work permit has since expired. I am a bit scared about the FLR form and whether I can still apply whilst in the UK as my work permit has expired. I stupidly didn't realise that I could have submitted it all together!!

I did ring the HSMP team and they said I had a period of grace of up to 28 days. I would just like some reassurance that this is correct and I will be ok to complete form without having to leave the country.

How long ago did your WP expire? Your current visa expire?

My work permit expired on the 25th July. I had actually submitted the first part of the HSMP before this date - just left out the FLR (HSMP) form.

As Sham111 posted earlier :-

I totally agree .... in the post either today or tomorrow at the latest should be the aim.
