Query on application

I have submitted my application along with my wife's a couple of weeks back.
To prove previous earnings I had submitted payslips and Indian bank statement (for the Indian salary). However, the bank that I bank with produced a statement on their computer stationary which does not have any letterhead. They stamped the statement and signed it.
Is that enough?

Otherwise, I can send the pass book (which was not available to me when I applied) but need to know what is the best time to send it i.e. if I send that now will they be able to link these documents with the application which may not have entered the processing database as of now.

Also, I have submitted bank statement till 29th June ( that is the last statement that I had) to prove sufficient funds though my application was made on 21st July. Is that sufficient?
