Query on Dependant WP

Hi...

I am on a workpermit with a particular Company and my wife is on a depandant VISA. She works for some other organisation with that Depandant WP.

Question is if I am switching over to another company in UK( who is ready to sponsor WP) and during this period of change(transition/Switchover period) will it affect my wife's work. Can she still go to work as normal while all this things happen???

yes she can work normally as long as there is no gap between your current WP and new WP...

Once you get your approval, the you both need to apply for EC once again with she being your dependant...
