Query on earnings in Inida through house rent

Hi,
I am currently in INDIA . I am planning to apply for Tier 1 general visa. I have checked and confirmed my eligability.

But I have a query on the earnings. I have own house in INDIA. Still i am paying EMI for this house.
Does the earnings comes thruough house rent covered for Tier1 general visa?

House rent is an "unearned source of earning" unless you receive such rentals as part of your business income.
