Query for family visit

Hi,

I am on Tier 1 expiring in Oct'2011. I will get that extended in Sep'11.

I would like to invite some family members in Aug and planning to apply for their Visas in Jul'11. Is there an issue with that considering the fact that assessing officer will see my Visa is expiring soon at the time of application.

The family may want to stay for around 6 months. Do you think there can be a problem with this.

Plus I am also shifting in the beginning of Jul, so its going to be new tenancy agreement. Hope that doesnt cause any issues.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
