I have my Tier 1 General extension due in few weeks and now trying to book premium appointment for my extension. Would be great if you guys can clarify few queries. while booking the premium appointment I get this screen:
1) Which service are you applying for - Is it 'Tier 1 General' I should select
2) Am applying for my wife as well as dependent, does she need to come along with me when i go for in person extension. Both us gave biometric in India while applying for our visa.
3) Am using the form "Tier 1 (General) version 04/11". Wana confirm if am using the correct form. I first applied on 8th May 2009. Asking because on the form its written " This form is specified for applications made on or after the 6 April 2011"
Pls advice gurus..
