query reg extension app

hi everyone
i got my visa in march and i am running my business since. i got 4 staff nw hired since oct working: 26,16,16,20 hours which equals to 4056 hours per year.as per ukba req fr extention they need two full time staff hours equate to 3328.so in my scnario will it be ok with 4 staff working diif hours.. and what doc do i need from the staff for extension app

@ buntyz, with the scenario you quoted, you are fine with the extension as long as you keep their payslips, P45, P60 e.t.c. The full list of documents you need is in the extension section of the policy guidance.
