query reg my visa please kindly advice me

Hello there

I have applied for a tier4 extension on aug31 2010 while my visa expires on sep30 2010 through a tier4 sponsor college which is in ukba list of tier4 sponsors.

I also finished my biometrics on sep15 2010.but today i.e 04/11/2010 i haven't received my visa yet.

After my biometrics i didnt received any letter from ukba. When i communicate with my college they are saying that my CAS number is already used i mean they told me that my visa is approved by ukba and askin me to wait but its already 48 days from my biometrics am afraid regarding this please kindly suggest me..
