Hi,

I am dependent of work permit holder. After waiting for 3 more years (2years if the 4-5 rule changes) my wife will apply for ILR. Then I hope myself and my son also get ILR being a dependent and staying in UK with my wife. I need to stay in UK for 3 years after getting ILR to get enrolled in UK universities as home student or the current 3 years stay is enough once we get ILR.
