Query Regarding Paid Review

Dear All,

I have already submitted review request after initial refusal as no points were awarded for 4 years Bachelors degree from Pakistan. I got comparability statement from NARIC and requested free review with covering letter only stating all the reasons in the world for equivalency to UK Bachelor but without attatching letter from NARIC. I have got confirmation from HSMP about receipt of my review request.

While prepaing my review request, I read something like paid review in the guidance notes which says that you can request for ex-gratia payment if your decision is made on the original evidence provided and it is not changed based on the new evidence. Does it mean that you can submit review request with additional information by filling in fee form for paid review?

Thank you all for any comments / suggestions. I want to avoid sending the complete application again as don't want to send all my originals.
