EC Query - Strange Situation

Hi,

Thanks for this wonderful forum.
I am on WP in UK & my wife as my dependent. She is working as well. Myself & my wife we both have individual HSMP approvals and we are looking forward to apply for EC.

My wife need to apply from home country and she will be doing it in Dec, as we are travelling to home country in Dec.

I can switch in UK but now its only few weeks left before travel and don't think will get EC done in this short span. So, I have to wait till we return in Jan and then apply for EC with my approval.

Now, both me & my wife have claimed 'Partner Achievement Points' while getting individual approvals. But when I will apply in Jan, she will be on HSMP and no more my dependent. Will that be problem for My swiching on HSMP..

Or what will be best solution to this situation, considering the timelines.
