I have got HSMP approval lletter and yet to apply for EC from Bangalore, India. Now I am travelling to US urgently by this month end on L1. Can I apply for EC in USA? My HSMP approval expires in July. I will be in US till SEP on L1. Please advice me.

If I can't apply for EC outside India, is there any way that I can request for urgent process of my EC (Urhent treatment ofr EC like HSMP)?
