My mother in law got her british passport last year. Could you advice how long can she stay out of UK and what rights she would loose if she stayed out of the country for more than 90 days.
Please advice

She'll never lose her citizenship (but for serious criminal acts) the only issue can arise for health treatment and benefits, in such cases sometimes one needs to be habitually resident.
