query on Tier 2 Form

Post by Sheffield_Marketeer » Mon Oct 10, 2011 10:29 am

My husband is going to be applying for a Tier 2 visa for himself and a Tier 2 dependant visa for me very soon. he has been granted the COS number.
Can someone who is clued into things, confirm if this is the form that he will have to use- http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... nform1.pdf

Also, his employer has given us only the COS reference number and no job title as such. Is this the correct way? The form asks for a job title, so should we ask the employer what job title they provided to UKBA so that the COS and this form have the same job title.

Thanks in advance.

I don't know the answer to your first question,

But make sure you put the job title and salary same in your application form as seen on the COS. Ask your HR/Level1 user to print the COS for you. Good luck :D
