Query on Tier 2 ICT Visa

Hi,

I came to UK on tier 2 ICT .Reached UK on May 2010 .I had visa till Jan-2011 ..got it extended for 6 more months with the end date as July 2011.My Salary was below 40K in the Certificate of Sponsorship used for getting the UK visa. So If I go back to India in July , will I be able to come back on tier 2 ICT again .As per the new rules , its mentioned that you can come back to UK only after 12 months .
Will these new rules applicable to me as well.
Can an extension for 6 more months (from July 2011) possible for me if my salary is less than 40 K .

Please can someone help me out for my query .
