Query on Tuberculosis Testing

Hi,

My wife stayed with me for more than 6 months in UK and returned back to India. She is now joining me in UK after 1 year. My query whether she needs to undergo Tuberculosis Testing or only Chest X-Ray will be sufficient for her.
