Query about my eligibility to apply for ILR

These are my details.
My VISA type: UK skilled worker VISA
My “VISA decision” date as per the decision letter: 31st August 2021 https://ibb.co/tp0TwNj9
My “VISA valid from” as per my VISA vignette: 20th November 2021
My “date of arrival” to the UK: 21st November 2021
My question: What counts towards my 5-year ILR qualifying period and what is the earliest date that I will become eligible to apply for ILR based on the above information.
